Resolved Question: Why did the blacks have to use a white person’s material at their own awards? The BET awards are supposed to honor black people. They did a show in tribute to Whitney Houston, and had Jennifer Hudson sing “I Will Always Love You” to Whitney. This song, however, was written by a white woman, Dolly Parton. Why didn’t they pick a song written by a black person?

i think Nicole (w/e her last name is) did AMAZING!! homeboy from maroon 5 did good too…Mary Mary did good too, Usher did nice, so did Pink i didnt even kno she sang that well…Jennifer Hudson did amazing too…Kanye did good too, Will I Am did good too…even Wycleaf in my opinion…and the rappers too lol
