Questions, questions!

Open Question: When is the next Grey’s Anatomy going to air? Oh and what about Izzie? When is the next Grey’s going to air? On last nights episode there were no previews for the next episode and I checked ahead on my DVR and it isn’t scheduled to record. I mean, they just went on a 2 month break and I don’t see why they would show 2 episodes and then go on another? So anyone know why it isn’t on next week and WHEN IT WILL BE ON AGAIN?

And the whole Izzie situation(Katherine Heigl) I thought originally she wanted to leave but changed her mind which is why she was absent for a lot of the season 6 episodes? But then last night she was leaving… does that means shes leaving the show for good now?

Resolved Question: Does anyone know how soon Izzie will be back on Grey’s Anatomy? After she left, I figured there’d be about one or two episodes without her, and when she came back for an episode, I thought that would be it. But she still hasn’t returned – is Katherine Heigl taking time off the show for something? A new movie? Or will she be back in the next few episodes?

Resolved Question: Is the movie "The Ugly Truth" with Katherine Heigl a remake of the Cary Grant classic "The Awful Truth"? My boyfriend is a huge fan of Cary Grant and classic black and white movies in general. He told me that The Ugly Truth is a remake of The Awful Truth. He’d seen The Awful Truth before, but not The Ugly Truth. I’d never seen The Awful Truth before, so we watched it together, then rented The Ugly Truth. I’m not really sure where or when or from whom he heard that it was a remake. I don’t really see how it is a remake at all. I also thought it was kind of a bad movie. There are a couple of scenes that might line up, such as when the new boyfriend comes to the door while the other guy is there giving her pointers. I kind of hope it’s not a remake, because if it is, it’s frankly a little insulting to the original which is hilarious and a classic.

Resolved Question: Woman tries to save her apartment building? I saw this movie a couple years ago on Starz or Cinemax, maybe HBO. A woman (actress looks similar to Katherine Heigl) moves into this apartment building, and falls in love with it. But the city wants to tear down the building, and she tries to stop it, because the building has some sort of importance. She also falls in love with the person who’s tearing down the building I think? And then in the end its her telling that story to her daughter.

People have previously suggested Two Weeks Notice, THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT MOVIE. Help me out? ‘Til There Was You – THANK YOU!!!!

Resolved Question: Is Katherine Heigl leaving "Grey’s Anatomy"? I mean her film career has been succesful ever since the hit, “Knocked Up”. Since then she has been doing movie after movie. I am a big fan of the show, I liked her storyline last season and I thought that her character Izzie was going to be killed off. I was glad that she survived, but I thought it was weird that she didn’t make an appearance until an abrupt moment during the middle of the recent season….that too she didn’t have much involvment?

She has been appearing on and off for the last few episodes. They have been mostly focusing on all the other storylines featuring Jessica Capshaw’s character. Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey have also taken time off, but that was because of their families. Again, I read that Katherine will make yet another brief appearance in an episode in January 21st and according to TV GUIDe…she is done for the season.

So is she really done with the show? I mean there was a lot of speculation about that. If she wanted to leave the show…the producers should have had it end last…
